EOT doesn't revome user upgraded by hands

Hi there,

I have a little question and I hope some of you may know the answer.

I use the free version of S2Member on my website. (soon to be paid version but waiting for the next promotion).

So, I have suscriber from paypal who got demoted after the end of there period (everything fine here).
But the problem is with manually added user.
When I add X days in Automatic EOT Time, I also have to manually set the user to the group s2Member Level (1 - 2 - 3 or 4).

The problem is that at the end of this period, those user are not demoted of there ranks.

Is there someone here that could help me ?

Possible this is a problem with wp_cron. Try to run it manually, and if works, try to set alternative cron methods. Please search in WP helps how to do this. Sorry that I can not provide link right now…
