Email Notifications Stopped Working

Hi Christian et al,
A couple of weeks ago our forwarding email address (membership@oursite.net) stopped getting s2Member notifications of new user enrollments and renewals. That group email is working properly as I just tested it and the 5 forwarding addresses of the membership team all received it.

I’m not 100% sure about the timing but this may be coincidental with a recent DreamHost upgrade to Ubuntu Bionic and MySQL 5.7 on the backend. That maintenance was on 5/22 and I’m trying to confirm that by looking thru my old emails – but I typically do not save those notifications.

The users are all going into the Users database OK and we do get the PayPal confirmations - just not the s2Member notifications. As you may recall, I’m still learning s2Member so I certainly have not changed anything in it configuration-:slight_smile:

Any suggestions on where to look for the root cause?
