I’m building a site for a client that requires tracking a member’s status as they enroll and begin their membership. They will be required to complete some surveys, for example.
I thought that using custom capabilities as a way to track which surveys they have completed and have yet to complete. In this way messages can be configured to remind them to continue the process and where they are at in this process.
What I don’t see “yet” is a way to edit/change an individual’s capabilities as they move through this process. I’m hoping I have missed an article or post on this in my search…
