Hmm… I don’t see an error in the console that’d give a hint…
I can tell you are using a custom template. Could you try the default template for the pro-form and verify that the coupon field works as it should first? Then you can review the changes you made to the template, and it may help you find what change causes this problem you’re having.

Your pro-form is not a deafult one, it was customized. The coupon field would usually be at the top, not the bottom.
I hope that clarifies it.
