Different sections or groups, as opposed to different levels

Hi, I’ve got a website where I’d like to offer different subscriptions for separate content sections.

Eg, instead of level 1, 2, 3 - Gold, Silver, Bronze etc, I would like to have Group A, B or C - billed individually.

Is this possible with s2member? Are there any good, free, membership options plugins that users would recommend?

Possible, use ccaps instead levels.

Would that work for a recurring subscription or only ‘buy now’ buttons?

Would it work for new subscribers, or would it only work for existing subscribers ?

Hi,

“Ccaps” also known as “capabilities” are membership or purchase options that act as level restrictions.
For example, your Level 1(or 2 or 3 or 4…) subscribers or buyers can access Capability 1 through the payment of such amount and / or Capabilities 2 through the payment of another amount.
It is also possible to cumulate the capabilities so that your membership and / or purchase levels are unlimited.
