Different page for first login/register and normal login

I’m looking to be able to create a different page from the first login, or when someone registers to when they log in normally. How would I do this?

You need to look for One Time Offers (OTO). I can’t remember off the top of my head what section they are to be found in, but I’m sure you will find them.
