Demoting Users to a different role

Hi there,

I’m hoping to, instead of bringing users down to the first free tier if they cancel their membership, put them in a custom role like ‘Membership Expired’ or something like that. (There are reasons based on my site setup that would take too long to get into.)

I recognize this would take some custom code, but was hoping for some guidance on how that downgrade works and the best way to hook into it. Or if anyone’s done it before and is willing to share how, that would be awesome as well :slight_smile: Thanks!
