Custom Renewal Message Not Working

I have our membership renewal message customized in the PayPal Options section, but S2 is not using the customized message.

The renewal message which is sent includes the url: http://lacted.org/membership-renewal/

Searching my theme files and the S2 files, “membership-renewal” does not show up. Any idea what is going on and how to fix?

As it turn out, the messages were being sent from our cloned dev site :flushed:
