Is there a way to make a custom logo or custom message on your post/page when you are using shortcodes to restrict specific content. So essentially that custom message appears where you have restricted the content, and when members are logged in they see the content and not that logo/message.

You could use simple shortcode conditionals on each post/page. However, anyone trying to access restricted content is redirected to the Membership Options Page and you can make that look any way you want.
