I’ve automatically created many many members with a variety of member levels via the api and populated may of them with custom fields but when they EOT their custom fields disappear from the UI as you’d expect but when they either upgrade back to level 1 or are manually upgraded their custom fields appear empty…
Can their custom fields be preserved somehow?
