Custom Display Name Link in Member List

The link_display_name option has some replacement codes to customize the link:

Codes:
%%ID%%, %%username%%, %%nicename%%, %%display_name%%, %%email%%, %%md5.email%%

However I really need to use: firstname & lastname.

Does anyone know a way to achieve this?

Just use display name and set s2Member to force display name to equal first name, last name. See:

General Settings -> Registration/Profile Fields & Options -> Set "Display Name" During Registration?
