Current plugin for executing PHP in a page? Or another way of displaying S2MEMBER_CURRENT_USER_FIELDS?

We were using PHP code in a page to display S2MEMBER_CURRENT_USER_FIELDS.

However, the Exec-PHP has been closed down (no longer available) and s2’s ezPHP plugin is unavailable.

Is there a “short code” way of displaying S2MEMBER_CURRENT_USER_FIELDS?

Or is there a plugin available now that can execute PHP in a WordPress page?

Thanks for any help.

Strange that ezPHP is no longer available. I’m using it on my site and it seems to work fine.

It just means you downloaded it while it was still available. Its current unavailability is marked as temporary (implies they are testing it for security related reasons). Since I did not download it previously, it’s not there for me to download now.

When I clicked on the “View plugin site” link in WP, I was taken to a page advertising that the WPSharks domain is available. So maybe the plugin is gone for good.

Thank you!

I’m confused about Web Sharks vs. WP Sharks and this plugin. I have been using ezPHP and S2 Member Pro for some time. I’m concerned that it has been taken down from the WP plugin repository. I am using it similar to it’s usage (if a user is logged in AND how many days since they joined) outlined here: https://s2member.com/kb-article/ezphp-for-wordpress/

I hope Jason is fixing it. Otherwise I hope someone can offer some information OR a replacement. I’m sure I’m not the only one concerned about using a PHP plugin that has not been updated in a while AND THEN was pulled from the repository.

Jason moved on from WebSharks / S2Member in 2018 to work for Automattic (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jaswrks). The plugin languished until 2019 when the other co-founder @clavaque stepped back in (https://www.linkedin.com/company/websharks)

I echo your confusion about https://wpsharks.com/. Almost all of it looks to be dated 2016 so it has been around for a while and there is one new post in Jan 2019 when @clavaque stepped back into the driver seat. I didn’t even know it existed until you just mentioned it.

@clavaque has definitely invested time / money into s2member framework / pro over the last year. I’m not sure if / how much time / money he has invested in the other legacy Web Sharks products.

Just check out https://wordpress.org/plugins/ezphp/.

Reason: guideline violation.
