Hi there, I know this sounds crazy, but when exporting the .csv file, it isn’t showing what the user signed up for, nor what they paid. Am I missing something here that’s right in front of me? The accountant for the company I’m doing work for is really scratching his head, and can’t get anywhere with the .csv file. It shows the name and member level, and a bunch of code. Seems like it should be extremely easy to find the title of the Pro Form thy signed up for and the amount they paid. Please advise.

The details you are looking for should be stored by your payment processor and not by s2Member.

Hi Tim, Is there a particular reason that S2 does not store this info? Do other similar products store that info? Please let me know. My client isn’t happy with this answer. Thank you, Jeff
What EXACTLY are the details your client wants to see?

Pretty much anything beyond that involves details that should never be stored on your client’s site, unless s/he fancies risking being sued for fraud, negligence, and breach of contract. (Having the payment processor deal with those details means that it bears that burden instead, so long as your client complies with its requirements, which typically mean using https and making sure that logging in s2Member is turned off.)
