The place where I want to input the video requires the use of iFrame code.
I am using the following code,

Would anyone be able to help me if I can generate iFrame code?

I’m not totally clear on what you are doing, but it sounds like you are using a plugin or theme that has a metabox for your videos. If that is the case, and you have placed the s2Member code into that metabox and it doesn’t run, I’d suggest you contact the makers of the plugin or theme to ask them if shortcodes are processed by their program.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I have contacted the theme admin and they said the place where I want to put S2 short code is not supported, they said it can only be solved by code customisation. I guess if I want to continue to use the current theme, I have to get code customisation…
