Coupon Code Error

Hi,
Using s2 for a client site. For some reason the coupon code entry field won’t appear on my registration form.

I have tried:

  • deactivating every plugin on the site
  • deactivating the theme and using the default wp theme
  • deleting the plugin & reinstalling

Is there anything else I can do? Anything else to try.

Are you using Visual Composer? That won’t work with s2Member.

Yep. Sure am. Is there a work around, or do i need to look at a new
membership plug-in?

There’s no workaround. Personally, I can’t stand Visual Composer, so that would be what I’d drop, but it’s up to you.

Client is in love with it because they can manipulate pages easily. I am
going to figure out how to disable it on that specific page.
