Collect electronic signature from members

We have club insurance waivers that need to be signed - is there a way to incorporate that into the s2Member registration?

Ideas? I see about 14 plugins, none of them current.

Hi Sue.

You could create custom profile fields for that… WP Admin > s2Member > General Options > Registration/Profile Fields

You can make the field a required checkbox accepting your terms, with a link to your waiver document, for example.

I found a plugin from SwiftCloud, which handles eSignatures, including sending a PDF copy of the wavier to the signer and the club. WORKS GREAT!
