Clickbank payment tracking and registration

I need a way to make sure that if people sign up with clickbank they are given a membership right away and allowed to register, and if they STOP paying on clickbank, s2 will cancel or demote their membership

any advice would be great.

Are you using s2Member Pro? ClickBank integration is included with Pro and works just the way you described.
