recently, made a site using clickbank + s2member and followed this link

and able to click image or button to clickbank, but it shows below
"Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from 30f.xxx.pay.clickbank.net (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more
NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

any idea how to solve pls???

sorry to bring this up
desperately need some help

now my payment page with s2member + CB button :

results in going to a pay which say unsecured when clicked “subscribe”…

any advice would be appreciated.

Hi John.

I get the same warning. It says:

Your connection is not secure

The owner of 15.yourname.pay.clickbank.net has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

15.yourname.pay.clickbank.net uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for the following names:
*.clickbank.net, *.clickbank.com, *.hop.clickbank.net, *.accounts.clickbank.com, *.clkbank.com, *.pay.clickbank.net

Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

Have you tried contacting ClickBank support?

hi there clav
thx for reply
i have contacted them but they yet to reply me
i suspect this is s2member issues or no?? because the link root domain is already pointed to clickbank

Clav sir.

so what i did is i generate the button in s2member:
[s2Member-Pro-ClickBank-Button cbp=“15f” cbskin="" cbfid="" cbur="" cbf=“auto” vtid="" level=“1” ccaps=“15f” desc=“JudyDiets Premium Access 15+ Female” custom=“www.judydiets.com” tp=“0” tt=“D” rp=“1” rt=“L” rr=“0” image=“default” output=“anchor” /]

then i go change the anchor to url
and added <a href=’ at front and end

did i do anyhting wrong?

a little bit of an update
i used a continence plan to use the original button which is

[s2Member-Pro-ClickBank-Button cbp=“50f” cbskin="" cbfid="" cbur="" cbf=“auto” vtid="" level=“1” ccaps=“15” desc=“a” custom=“www.judydiets.com” tp=“0” tt=“D” rp=“1” rt=“L” rr=“0” image=“https://www.judydiets.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/paypal.png” output=“anchor” /]

and changed the default images to a paypal checkout button
now its much less nice.

one question Clav, is that right clickbank cant use the method to make the button into a link?

That is a message from ClickBank, they had a problem with his SSL.

thanks tons for the reply
but now i changed it to default s2member button and its ok
but then my pricing table is much ugly than before…

so wondering why paypal ahref + button change to url method doesnt work

I see you are using the ClickBank shortcode, but with a PayPal button image. You can use any image you want there. It’s easy to have the look you want for that button.
