My s2member is integrated with Clickbank.
I have 2 products, one of $ 70 (level 1) and another one of $ 30 (level 2).
I want to set the $ 30 as an upsell of the $ 70, so that only can buy the $ 30 who are already members.
Currently, if my clients buy the $ 30 (level 2) they access both level 1 and 2
How can I do this with Clickbank?

That is how Membership Levels work. They are hierarchical: each Level can access all content for the Levels beneath it.
What I would do is have the $70 product remain Level 1 but instead of a second level sell the second product as a Custom Capability.

I don’t understand why that’s a problem for your setup. If level 2 is an upgrade on level 1, surely that’s what you want.
The issue seems more that you are currently allowing users to purchase level 2 access from the start for $30, whereas what you need to be doing is allowing purchases only of upgrades to level 2. That means using a Billing Modification Form instead, and making that available only to those who have level 1 membership.
Yeah, re-reading what I wrote it won’t make any difference. Tim is right. Change the Level 2 registration to Billing Modification from Level 1 to Level 2 and that way only Level 1 can purchase it.
