With s2Member Pro:
500 members are approaching their EOT. I’ve been encouraging them to renew a MONTH EARLY and select the Auto Renewal option, telling them their renewal would add time to the END of their membership, so nothing to lose. When they choose to just buy a year not on auto renewal, this IS what happens, but when they choose the Auto Renewal option, their ‘next payment’ is based when they click, not their existing (but immediately erased) EOT.
The membership LEVELS in both options (1-year vs auto renewal) are the same , level 2, but the ccaps are slightly different (because I also use ccaps to reveal different messaging to different member types on the same webpages ).
Are the different ccaps causing the issue?? How can I set this up so members can switch to Auto renewal without losing time?
