Changing form header text and removing sidebar on register page

Hi How do I edit the text on the register page ( Create an account and the sub header txt). Also how can remove the right sidebar.

You can either edit the strings used in s2Member or create a custom Pro-Form template (if you are using Pro). There is no sidebar in the s2Member code, that is coming from your theme. Depending on your theme you can either select another page layout/template or write custom code.
