Category Restriction Not Working

Hello,

I’m trying to use s2member FREE, to set some restrictions on content. I have no issue restricting individual pages, however this is quite time consuming. I noticed s2member has “category restrictions” which apparently applies to all the child pages as well - a huge time saver! However, this function does not seem to work. I’ve entered the page IDs however when not logged in, the pages are still viewable and do not redirect to the purchase page. When I enter the page IDs in just the page restriction area, the pages are not viewable, so I know the IDs are correct.

Any ideas on what is happening?

Who says it applies to child pages as well? It doesn’t. They are entirely different things.

Category protections protect posts and child categories within that category. Pages don’t have categories, so there’s no way even to enter the relevant category ID to protect them.
