I see in the s2member vars in the URL “sys…level…0…catg…40” that the restriction applied is “sys” something s2 protects automatically. And that the required level is 0. https://s2member.com/kb-article/s2mop-shortcode/#toc-512d8de7
What comes to mind is the Login Welcome Page, which s2 protects at level 0, and can’t access if you’re logged out.
I see that it mentions having wanted to access category 40, but maybe the default page for it is what you set as the Login Welcome Page?
