Can't update EOT Renewal/Reminder email

On S2Member Pro > Paypal Options > EOT Renewal/Reminder Emails, my recent changes to the EOT Renewal/Reminder email show correctly.
I’ve saved it several times, and each time I come back to that section, my new wording is still there.

However, our members continue to receive an old, unchanged version of that email.
Is there somewhere to remove the old email so the new one will send?
Is the old email stored somewhere, like in a cache?
(We do not have a cache plug-in currently)

(This is important because the old email has less clear instructions for renewing)

Do you have multiple emails? One for each “date”? If yes, you need to edit one by one, manually, since they are separated from each other (that way you can customize the content).

:innocent:

As far as I know there is only one place to create the emails, at
S2Member Pro > Paypal Options > EOT Renewal/Reminder Emails

I don’t know how to create more than one email there.

That behavior made me think of object caching…

Check if your server or a plugin has enabled object caching, and disable it.

Thanks Cristian. We had WP Super Cache installed but not activated. I read that it cleans up after itself when you deactivate it, but I re-activated it and cleared that cache.

Waiting to see if that made a difference.
