I was having trouble with the “Wait 15 minutes” Error while trying to update Comet Cache. I see that error has been noted and a resolution is in the works. Thanks.
My issue with this is that I could not get a support ticket to open from the support link. I click on the “Open Support Center” link and get an error that

I had a ZenCache pro license and have successfully migrated to Comet Cache so I’m not sure what the account issue is.
Not a huge deal, just would like it resolved.
