When I try to contact support or sales on the s2member support page it always fails. It pops up a panel where I’m supposed to enter my question but when I send the question it just reports: “Failed, click to retry”. They say I have 30 days to request a refund but they say I must submit a ticket before I can request the refund but there seems to be no way to submit a support ticket and no way to request a refund.
