Can't access some premium content

Hi, I run a website, socialballroom.dance that provides online ballroom dance courses to paid subscribers. In addition to the classes themselves, there are also several protected “extras” members have access to.

The problem is, even after users have signed up, they only have access to the extras - clicking on any of the video pages redirects them to the Membership Options Page. I’ve confirmed that both the videos and extras require level #1 access, which is what buying a subscription is supposed to unlock.

Any ideas?

The best clue will be what is shown in the URL when the member is redirected to the MOP. Perhaps you could post an example here.

Figured it out! I noticed that placing the link in the menu bar seems to allow it to work fine - only the links from the MOP aren’t working. When I checked the MOP links, they were set to http, not https. Changed the links, and voila! Thanks guys.
