Cancellation not going through

I had a subscriber from one of the top tiers reach out and let me know they still had access to their old tier.

They had canceled through Paypal halfway through their term. The grace period extended it an extra day so it should have been demoted after the 6th. A week later and they still had access and I had to demote them manually. I have the EOT options to demote after the 1 day grace period.

What is the problem/fix here?

s2Member should have had a notification from PayPal about the subscription cancellation to set an EOT for that user. Was there no EOT Time set for that user in his WP profile?

Do you have logging enabled to see if that PayPal notification is there?

Have you had this happen with other users?

With logging enabled, can you try reproducing it with a test subscription and cancellation to see what happens? You can create a user and a $1 subscription for just the test. Remember to not be logged in as the admin while testing.
