Hi, I just noticed that the cancellation form is showing the banner “Nothing to cancel, you are NOT a paid member” even though the membership is paid. I updated the cancellation form by pasting the shortcode and it has not changed. I’m wondering if other people are experiencing this or is it something glitchy with my site.
Any advice on fixing it?
