Cancel Recurring Payments in s2

I have a membership site where we were testing signing up as a new member for recurring monthly payments. After we finished testing, I went in and deleted these extra “Users” in WordPress. A month later, the recurring billing still went through and charged the card, even though the user was deleted.

Is there a way to cancel recurring payments manually in s2? Or does this have to be done through the merchant account (authorize.net)?

Use a Billing Cancellation Form. You can’t just delete a user, because that alone doesn’t send any information to your payment processor.

We already had deleted the user – is there a way to cancel the billing even after a user is deleted? Or because the user has been deleted, does it manually need to be done in the merchant account?
