Can I re install s2 member without clearing the user profiles?

Hi there,
I am wondering if I can do a clean install of s2member without losing any of the user profiles that already exist?

my hosting provider tells me there is a bug in the plugin and its not loading up certain resources.

They say a clean install will fix,
but I just dont want to lose any of the existing user profiles.

You can rename the s2Member folder to disable the plugin and then re-upload a fresh copy of the plugin via FTP. Once you have s2Member back up and running, delete the original folder you renamed.
