Can I delete logs?

For a reason unrelated to s2M, my host performed a scan of my site, and found some possible malware. The list of files they shared are all s2Member logs. They are something like this one:
wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs/wp-http-api-debug-ARCHIVED-03-19-2024-1710860043.log

On occasion, I had checked logs for something but at this point, I don’t have anything I feel I need to check. Can I just delete those files? or should I do something else with those? The host identified less than a dozen, while I do have several more on the server.

What do you suggest?
