Buying Users not getting their Membership upgrade

Hi,

I’ve been setting up the standard version of S2member.

I’ve been testing with buying from my self and everything I do not get the Membership status I “pay” for.

I’ve inserted Paypal buttons on the Membership options page as it says in the Settings. The PayPal integration seems to be working fine, as I receive the money and I am redirected back to my site and able to create my account/Username with success.

But when I check in WP-Admin at Users the Paid Subscr. ID remains empty. Nothing happens and the account stays as a free user. (Which I have. - I have free registration).

So what is the issue here? I’ve looked in the forum without finding anyone with the same issue.

Set s2M logs and trace all the process. Most likely your “callback URL” at Paypal account is not set right. Or there is something (like firewall, security plugin etc) that stops s2M to get info from Paypal.
