I have a question about the Billing modification form. We have 2 different types of plans, a monthly subscription, and a 1 time payment for 1 year access. many times our members start with the monthly subscription and want to quickly change to the 1 year access. until now, we’ve always recommended they cancel their current account and then sign up again for the year. Both plans are at the same access level (2).
My question is, if someone with a monthly subscription using the billing modification form to “upgrade” to a 1 year level 2 plan, will this cancel their current plan and attach 1 year subscription to their account?
