We’re getting complaints from customers in New Zealand that the State/Province doesn’t apply to them and they are unable to pass the AVS because their Provinces don’t have two alpha character codes. The error returned from the form is:
Error #27. The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder.
