Automated Demotion of users

My system is receiving commands to demote users, but Click bank isn’t sending anything. I contacted CB and they are NOT sending any commands and I can verify this because the users have not canceled their subscription or refunded the product. Yet I continuously see this happening almost everyday now. My users are being demoted to normal subscribers for nothing. It causes our services to stop working for them. And they are very upset about this

Is this happening after the recorded EOT of the Member? I’m not 100% on the data flow for IPN communications, but I think that s2Member expects to receive some notification from ClickBank that the renewal was either processed or not processed then if they don’t receive such a communication, the Member is demoted. I don’t think, but I don’t know, that the EOT is extended just because no communication from the payment gateway was received.

If it isn’t after the EOT, then I’d suggest turning on logging for a brief period (since you say this is happening all the time) and check to see what s2Member says is happening.
