API Notifications not consistently sending

Running latest Wordpress and S2Member.

My config is set to send Registration and Payment API notification emails to my email account. Sometimes the emails are sent and sometimes they are not. Example from today shows that a new customer signed up at 8:38AM and I received notifications. Another customer signed up at 8:46AM and no notification were received at the same email account. This not a huge issue but would like this to work all the time.

You say it’s not consistently sending, but actually all you know is that it’s not being consistently received. They aren’t the same thing.

So you need to find out which sort of problem you have. For that, I suggest installing the Postman SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/postman-smtp/

Note that, if the notifications are being sent (just not always received), then s2Member is performing as expected and the problem lies elsewhere.
