Amazon S3 - download link

Hi,

I am looking to move all my downloads to Amazon S3 - I have watched the video guide and am quite confident I can configure correctly. However, in the video the example links are formatted as follows:

/?s2member_file_download=example-file.zip

However, on my site pages we have the links in the following format:

As I understand it the s2member_file_download= is how s2member knows where to look for the file - but with the domain cause an issue?

Also, I assume s2member knows to look at Amazon S3 because the Region, Bucket, Access Key and Secret Access Key are completed? I cannot see another way to “turn it on”?
