I’m looking for a way for my customers to be able to change from a 3 month billing option to a yearly billing option. They have the same access, so it’s not like changing to a higher level of access, just the frequency of the billing. Is this possible?

Even though they wouldn’t be upgrading to level 2 or anything? You would just have upgrade to level 1, and pricing for a yearly subscription?
Well, I would have them set at a different level, even though they’d have access to exactly the same content, so that you could see at a glance who was paying by which method.
