Adding Free GST & Tax Module

I run two websites related to GST and Tax in canada.
Can anyone suggest a free module or plugin to calculate CGST, SGST, and IGST online?
I’m looking for a simple integration option that supports canada tax rules and invoices.

Good solutions work by connecting directly with your Stripe and paypal account as an integration there. But they are all pretty expensive.

Im using Quaderno - would love something cheaper that plugs right into paypal/stripe but I haven’t found anything. Supports taxes worldwide but still missing e-invoices, which becomes more and more a problem in EU (by 2028 e-invoices will be mandatory for any intangible goods / services sale). Lucky in Austria this will happen right at deadline so by then Quaderno will need to deliver or kinda end their business.

I know even more expensive solutions that do e-invoices and even directly file your VAT at the local authorities. With quaderno I still have to download it and then upload it in the govt tax portal. One of them being Avalara (likely the best) - but they don’t even publish their pricing so it must be pretty expensive for small companies.

I guess if I had to start now I would chose Lovat. It looks like a bit better and slightly cheaper vs quaderno. All other solutions don’t handle invoices - they do tax only - like taxjar.
