Add time to trial?

Every once and a while emails do not go through and people cannot log in (etc) and I would like to add time to their trial. I charge $1 for 31-days and after that the paid monthly membership begins.

Is there any way that I can easily add time to someone’s trial membership?

Unfortunately no way - the date of first charge is set at the signup time. The only possible way is to refund some money manually, thus to “fake” some “trial extension”.
