Account not auto deleting at EOT

My site has non recurring subscriptions (customers did not like auto-renew), but when EOT is reached the account is Not deleting as it should and when a user comes back later to resubscribe they get a message saying the email address is already in use. This means I have to manually delete each account at EOT. I must have a setting wrong somewhere but can’t see what. Anyone have experience of this?

Please check if “wp_cron” works in your site. If not, try to set alternative cron jobs - there exists several methods.
