503: Service Temporarily Unavailable

Hello Team,

We have S2 Pro installed, and we’re getting this error when trying to log in to our WordPress admin area:

**503: Service Temporarily Unavailable**
Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area 
Please contact Support if you need assistance.

I understand that this may be related to our S2 settings, referencing this article: https://s2member.com/kb-article/why-are-my-users-seeing-too-many-ip-addresses-accessing-one-secure-area/

However, how do we update our restriction settings when we do not have access to the WP admin area?
