s2Statistics.com - complete stats about your users

Hi guys,

a few months ago I released my first addon on s2member called www.s2emails.com (https://www.facebook.com/S2Emails-Send-Renewal-Reminders-Welcome-messages-953593168070133/) that sends automated follow-up emails.

Now I realized I need another plugin that would show me full stats about all users in the system. I will call it

www.s2statistics.com

You will be able to find out:

  • how many people have each of available capabilities
  • what users extended their accounts during a certain timeframe
  • what users registered during a certain timeframe
  • what users will finish their membership in a certain timeframe
  • at what days/times people tend to register on my site
  • what time do they usually log in

What do you think? Would you find this plugin useful? What other information would you like to see there?

Andrej,

There are two features that users of s2Member have asked for repeatedly. One is to have details of when each subscriber’s next payment is due.

The other is to have financial reports about each customer and product. Here’s how another membership plugin does it: https://www.memberpress.com/user-manual/memberpress-reports/

Hi Andrej,

I would be interested in a feature that tells me what people have downloaded and maybe even a pie chart or a way to export so could know what is a popular download.

Right now I have to export the s2member file and then clean it up to see any download stats and it is not broken down into each item.

This might be a little out of scope for you but I use HubSpot Sales and would love some sort of capture option from that plugin. It reports on my desktop and android phone who is on the site and what page they are looking at. It has capabilities that grab user name and email even if they are not registered. Would love a way to see the habits of those that browse before they sign up to see where I could make corrections. I am sure there has to be a way to capture the data HubSpot sends. They do not have a way to export the users in a way that is useful.

Ross,

There’s a plugin that provides download stats already. It’s called s2Member Secure File Browser. Despite the name, many people, including me, use it largely for the stats it provides.
