I have a site where I determine who is eligible for membership.
Right now there are two categories: Member and Executive Board.
I upload the approved members to the site and assign member levels to each member.
So there is no fee for using our site and no one will be able to come to our site to “sign up” for membership.
If they want information we will have them fill out a form with information (i.e. name, member number, email, phone) we will determine membership and then add them as indicated above.
I do not see any tutorials, or web videos on how to do this. I was told I could before we went Pro. Please assist. Thanks!
