Hook for manual EOT update?

I’m trying to use a custom function when a user’s EOT is modified via the admin panel

(In future I will also need this to fire when EOT is updated via payment processor but I guess one of the before, during or after hooks will work).

In the meantime, for doing this manually for testing purposes, I’ve tried pretty much every hook I can find.
The Wordpress hooks don’t fire when custom fields are changed by admins.

So there must be an s2member hook which will fire when custom fields (EOT) are changed via admin panel?

Please can somebody help me with this, many hours spent on this now and eyes hurt.

I don’t suppose you know which hook would be relevant when an EOT is changed by the system after a payment please?

I’m really stuck and haven’t had any income for one month now.

Any ideas would be very greatly appreciated.
