Grace time not performing required function

I didn’t get any emails, but did get demoted.

I changed the role back to “overdue”, reset the EOT time for the day after tomorrow, and am doing a couple of new tests now:

  • I added a reminder email without PHP, to see if that makes a difference, and
  • I deactivated every plugin except for s2Member and the WP mail logger.

I’ll see in a couple of days what happened. :slight_smile:

No, no email for either of the reminders. Sorry about missing it a couple days earlier.

I will need to dig deeper into this. I need to create a clean installation of WP, and if I can reproduce the problem there, comb the relevant code.

ok, no problem Cristian. Interestingly I’ve stopped receiving notifications from this thread. Checked my junk mail but nothing. I can keep checking in, but it’s strange that this has ceased.

Yeah, that’s odd. You are still subscribed to this thread, right?

Do you use Gmail? Maybe it started sending these updates to another tab of the Inbox? E.g. “Updates”.
