When a subscriber cancels their subscription from our site - using form - their Authorize.net recurring payment account is cancelled, but the EOT on our site is not updated and subscribers account remains active. How can we correct this?
To help troubleshoot this, could you enable logging for the time being? WP Admin > s2Member > Log Files
I don’t know if it’s related, but it could have to do with the MD5 change they’re working on. Could you try the update files provided on this other post? Authorize.Net: Important MD5 Hash Removal/Disablement
